Shamanic healing can be used for nearly anything, including healing (other than detailed above), garnering information and insights, stress / tension, depression, chronic and ongoing concerns such as anxiety/panic, sleep disturbances, repeating unhealthy patterns (such as regularly drawing toxic people or situations into your life), self-sabotaging behaviors (cutting, addiction, suicidal thoughts, et al), and so forth.
Sessions times vary depending on the core focus and may include more than one journey or shamanic approach.
