Sabrina DeVaney
Professionally practicing holistic healing since 2003, I am committed to promoting personal health and wellness. My philosophy is rooted in the age-old idea that balance in life equates to health, and healthy living requires balance.
As a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive practitioner, I am dedicated to helping people address their wellness needs. Rather than just treating symptoms, my goal is to treat the body as a system and restore it to optimal balance. This thinking is what makes up the foundation of holistic healing.
I specialize in Chronic Pain Syndrome and Chronic Pain; Anxiety, Panic, & Nervousness; and Emotional Trauma.
Education & Studies
I hold assessment-based certification in Usui Shiki Ryoho (the Usui System of Natural Healing, 2003), Emotional Freedom Technique / 'Tapping' (2005), Crystology (2005), and Shamanic Healing & Visionary Arts: One-Year Intensive Training (2009). Over the years, I have also earned over fifty other certificates in similar studies.
I have gained, and continue to gain, considerable additional knowledge through extensive research, study, and clinical and practical experience. Due to information learned in my continuing education in the field of vibrational and energy healing, I am also trained (2010) in more traditional Japanese reiki which is significantly more congruent with the teachings of Mikao Usui, the founder of the system.
In addition to those mentioned above, my toolbox also includes:
• Strong intuition
• Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
• Pranic Healing
• Spirit Releasement Therapy
• Holistic Anatomy
• QuantumTouch
• Color Healing / Therapy
• Merdian-based healing methods and techniques
• and many other vibrational and energy-based methods such as those
associated with subtle body approaches
I am available for private sessions, group sessions (where applicable), speaking engagements, and training.
Once, On-Air with The Morning Show WVIC FM in Lansing, MI
Acutely aware of subtleties, when I was interviewed on The Morning Show (WVIC-FM, Lansing, MI) I performed an on-air healing session with one of the shows co-hosts who had recently undergone surgery and was still recovering. During the session I 'tasted' metal in my mouth and made mention of this to the man. He had an appointment with his doctor that same afternoon. The next day, he reported on-air that his doctor found titanium in his blood.
