Examining your past lives can help you access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes that may be impacting your current lifetime. By connecting with these memories, it may be possible to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and even resolve issues and conflicts that may be distracting or preventing you from living the life you wish to live now.
Your Past Life Guided Regression & Reading Combo is exactly what it sounds like: a guided meditative regression followed by the reading.
We will discuss the purpose of your past life regression and reading. That is, what information you are looking for and why it is important to you. This piece of the work is done prior to your session via email. This information will be used to determine which script is best for you and will give me time to modify it prior to your session so it most benefits your desired results.
During your appointment you will undergo a past life guided meditation to gently regress you to a lifetime or lifetimes that contain information about your concern. Simultaneously, I will also begin to write down notes regarding information I am receiving intuitively and psychically about your past life or past lives, which may or may not be the same as what you are experiencing. (It is a lot less complicated than it sounds.) The information we garner together almost always compliments each other, painting a bigger picture of what in the past is holding you back now.
Afterwards we will discuss your experience and the additional information I picked up - there is usually some additional reading time following the guided regression - and talk about how it relates to your issue of concern, and how to integrate the new knowledge into your life in meaningful ways.
By integrating the lessons and insights from your past lives, you can break free from limiting patterns and move forward with greater confidence in a life that aligns with your desires.
