Energy Healing Workshop
- The Energy Healing Workshop walks you through a simple two-step process to clear out unhealthy energies that lead to energetic and physical imbalances and replace them with higher quality energies for a healthier, more energetic you. This easy and gentle method can be used anywhere, any time.
- Once all participants have gone through this two-step process, I will then facilitate a group healing session using the methods and techniques best suited for the group as a whole. This may or may not include individual subtle-touch.
You are welcome to bring pillows and blankets to lay on the floor for the group healing portion of this workshop.
